Terms of Service

1. These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Signal Intelligence Inc. ("Awiden", "we", "us") about your use of Awiden (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Awiden reads the email, calendar, messages and other sources you connect, and turns them into relationship insights, meeting preparation, outreach drafts and mandate matching for you.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18, give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure and tell us at once about any access you did not allow. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights;
• try to break into, disrupt or upload malicious code to the Service;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages with it;
• scrape or harvest data from it by automated means;
• share your account or let others use it through yours.

5. Connected services

The Service connects to services such as Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack and Stripe, and your use of each is also subject to its own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or content.

You can connect or disconnect them at any time in Settings. Disconnecting an integration stops future data syncing. Disconnecting a mail account also deletes the email content synced from it, unless you choose to keep it when you disconnect. Our Privacy Policy describes what is kept and what is deleted for each integration. To remove all synced data, you may delete your account.

6. AI-generated content

Awiden uses AI to write insights, briefings, meeting preparation and drafts. AI output can be wrong, so review it before you rely on it or send it. You are responsible for what you send.

We do not use your data to train AI models. All AI processing is for your account only. Some of it runs in the background, and what it produces is stored under your account.

7. Your data and ours

Your data stays yours. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, process and store it only to provide and improve the Service, which ends when you delete the data or your account. The Service itself, its content and its features belong to Awiden.

8. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly and renew until you cancel. We may change prices with reasonable notice, and an unpaid account may be suspended. Plans include unlimited use of AI features, contact enrichment and drafting, subject to fair use. Refunds are handled case by case; contact us if something is wrong with your bill.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or harms others. Deleting your account is permanent; our Privacy Policy explains what is erased and when.

10. Disclaimers and liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNAL IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
